The Program is open to new and existing customers of Kallinyalla Garden Centre. Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join. Businesses or commercial entities are not eligible to participate.

Customers may enroll in-store by providing their full name, email address, and phone number or alternatively join online.
By enrolling, you consent to receiving communications from Kallinyalla Garden Centre regarding the Loyalty Program, including updates, promotions, and special offers.

Members will earn points for eligible purchases made in-store.
Points are earned at a rate of [e.g. 1 point per $1 spent].

Points are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
Points cannot be earned on items where points are being redeemed.
A minimum point balance of $5.00 is required to redeem the reward.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Kallinyalla Garden Centre Loyalty Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be communicated via our website or in-store notices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kallinyalla Garden Centre is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.

These Terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
